Due to the nature of digital and IT services, refunds are not provided once work has been started or delivered.

Troubleshooting
Consulting
Custom digital solutions

Once time, expertise, and resources have been invested, returns are not possible.

2. Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts)

You may request cancellation before the project officially begins.
